TGW Logistics will present a broad range of automation technologies and integrated warehouse solutions at LogiMAT 2026 in Stuttgart. With more than 50 years of experience in intralogistics, the Austria-headquartered systems integrator develops and implements fulfilment centres that combine mechatronics, robotics and software.

Operating in an environment shaped by labour shortages, fluctuating demand and increasing complexity, many companies are seeking solutions that offer both reliability and adaptability. TGW Logistics focuses on scalable systems designed to evolve alongside changing business requirements. The company’s approach centres on integrating different technologies into cohesive solutions rather than viewing automation components in isolation.
One of the technologies on display at LogiMAT will be SmartPocket, a pocket sorting system developed primarily for e-commerce applications. Unlike conventional systems that rely on drag chains, SmartPocket uses autonomous mobile robots that move along an overhead rail network. The concept allows capacity to be adjusted more flexibly, helping operators respond to seasonal peaks while avoiding unnecessary energy consumption during quieter periods.
Another highlight is LivePick, a goods-to-person order picking solution designed for omni-channel environments. Suitable for sectors such as e-commerce, wholesale and retail, the system can be integrated into small and medium-sized installations and supports efficient order processing across different sales channels.
Robotics also plays a central role in TGW Logistics’ portfolio. The RovoFlex picking robot uses artificial intelligence to continuously improve its performance. The system allows operators to switch between manual and automated modes, offering flexibility in daily operations and during peak demand.
In shuttle technology, TGW Logistics will present Stingray, a system designed to optimise storage and retrieval processes. Among its features is the ability to automatically correct the position of load carriers, reducing manual intervention and contributing to operational continuity. Stingray forms part of TGW Logistics’ FlashPick and FullPick fulfilment solutions.
Software integration remains a key focus. TGW Logistics develops its own warehouse control and management software, designed to coordinate automated and manual processes while enabling data-driven optimisation. The company also offers long-term support services aimed at maintaining system performance throughout the lifecycle of an installation.
In addition to its technology portfolio, TGW Logistics highlights its ownership structure. The company is owned by the TGW Future Private Foundation, established to ensure long-term independence and sustainable development. This structure underlines a strategic emphasis on stability, innovation and social responsibility.
At LogiMAT 2026, TGW Logistics will provide visitors with an overview of how these elements, automation, software and long-term partnerships, are combined into integrated intralogistics solutions tailored to modern fulfilment challenges.
