What did you display on your stand?
At LogiMAT this year, we showcased our next-generation autonomous robot, which we announced in February 2026. The tower extends to 18 metres, making it the tallest AMR in the world. The robot collects data from multiple points across the warehouse. It scans barcodes to confirm that items are in the correct location, captures images, and performs 3D scans.
Once the data is collected, it is transferred into DexoryView, our digital twin warehouse intelligence platform. The platform currently has two core modules: DexoryView Integrity and DexoryView Optimise.
DexoryView Integrity provides real-time visibility into warehouse inventory, identifying discrepancies and ensuring stock is in the correct location. DexoryView Optimise uses operational data and insights to improve warehouse performance, helping teams increase efficiency, utilisation and decision-making speed.

What problems do you solve and what outcomes does your system deliver?
One of the biggest challenges in warehouses is the lack of real-time visibility. Many operations still rely heavily on manual processes, which can lead to human error. Items are often placed in the wrong locations or pallets are incorrectly handled.
Dexory addresses the warehouse integrity problem by enabling operations to achieve near real-time, highly accurate inventory visibility. The result is significantly improved inventory accuracy and faster, more informed decision-making.
What notable innovations has the company implemented over the last year?
One of the main innovations is our next-generation autonomous robot, designed to deliver faster, more accurate data capture at greater heights, enabling improved visibility across the entire warehouse.
The other is our award-winning Storage Health feature within the DexoryView platform. It uses computer vision and AI to automatically detect potential safety risks and storage issues during scans, providing an additional layer of operational insight.
Is health and safety becoming more important within the warehouse environment?
Yes, absolutely. Health and safety is becoming increasingly important, and that is why our solution delivers value not only for inventory managers but also for site managers and health and safety teams.
Which international markets are currently delivering the strongest growth and value for your business?
We have seen strong growth in the US market. In March, we officially opened our headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. This includes a new warehouse facility where we conduct customer demonstrations and R&D. We also have strong partnerships with customers across the UK, France, the Netherlands and Germany. More recently, we have announced our expansion into Australia.
Which industries or market segments do your customers tend to be in?
We initially focused on the 3PL sector, but Dexory has since expanded into the automotive, healthcare, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Across these sectors, customers recognise the value of improved visibility and accuracy.
Where is the business impact of your solution?
The impact extends beyond inventory accuracy to how the entire warehouse operates day to day.
Dexory provides real-time visibility that enables teams to identify issues as they arise, improve space utilisation, and make faster, more informed decisions. This reduces time spent on manual checks and investigations, while helping teams optimise labour, maintain safer storage conditions and keep operations running without disruption.
The result is a more efficient, responsive and data-driven warehouse, with measurable gains in productivity, utilisation and service levels.
What does implementation typically involve?
From my experience, operational changes can take a long time to implement, often years. With Dexory, the process is significantly faster.
Our solution is close to plug-and-play and typically takes around two weeks to deploy. Our engineers work on site to map the facility, create a digital twin and test the system. We do not require customers to change their warehouse layout. The only requirement is a 3 by 3 metre space for the robot to dock.
Customers can begin to see results within the first month, particularly in terms of improved accuracy and time savings.
Can you share any recent significant customer wins that you’ve had?
Yes. A strong example is Yusen Logistics in the UK. Following deployment, the company can now conduct wall-to-wall scans of its entire warehouse within two hours each day.
Previously, this process took over one and a half weeks each month and required more than 100 hours of manual labour. Yusen Logistics also carried out two full wall-to-wall checks each year, but by generating real-time data daily, it has been able to eliminate this task entirely, saving a further 205 hours of work annually.
Inventory checks can now be completed alongside normal operations, with no disruption, significantly improving efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
What key message would you like visitors to your stand to take away?
For anyone who is constantly talking about the challenges of manual stock checks or the difficulty of completing wall-to-wall inventories, the key message is to take action.
Real-time visibility is achievable, and it can transform warehouse operations.
If someone comes to your stand and says, ‘I need something to help with my inventory’, how quickly can you show them how it works?
Our solution has two main components: hardware and software.
On the hardware side, we demonstrate the robot in action, including its rotation, cameras, scanning process and lighting, which allows it to operate even in completely dark environments. On the software side, we showcase the DexoryView platform. We are a full-stack company, designing and building both the robots and the software in-house.
We work closely with each customer, and depending on their questions, we can typically provide a full overview of the solution and its benefits within 30 minutes.
Do they mainly have the same problems?
Broadly, yes. The specifics vary slightly by industry.
In retail, there is often a focus on higher-value goods and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. In manufacturing, the priority is locating the right items quickly. For 3PLs, the focus is on maintaining customer satisfaction and improving productivity.
However, the underlying challenges are very similar. When we discuss the time and effort involved in manual wall-to-wall inventory checks, it is something that resonates across all sectors.
