Thermo King, a brand of Trane Technologies is the global provider of intelligent end-to-end active temperature-controlled transport and storage solutions, across the entire cold chain. Envirotainer is the global market leader in active cold chain solutions for air transport of pharmaceuticals.
In 2005, Envirotainer together with Thermo King developed and produced the first active, heating and cooling air cargo container validated by aviation authorities. This set a new standard in transporting pharmaceutical and other temperature-sensitive products by air.
