Samuk Lift Trucks Limited will be showing a comprehensive range of 17 different trucks on the company’s stand at this year’s IMHX. Exhibits will include many different models and sizes from 2 tonne HT tow tractors to the 12 tonne BY120D counterbalance truck.

One of the star attractions on the Samuk stand will be the HJ15AC three-wheeled electric lift truck featuring Pyroban Zone 1 Explosion Proofing for use in potentially hazardous environments. This truck is one of two J Series 1-1.5 tonne, 24v electric, steer wheel drive, compact trucks to be introduced at the show and will be followed by an official launch early next year. Other models highlighted will include the R55D 5.5 tonne capacity diesel counterbalance truck. This truck will be displayed fitted with a B&B triple pallet handling attachment.

Visitors to the stand will also be introduced to the new 3 tonne diesel B30D featuring very heavy duty transmission, oil immersed disc brakes and separate radiators to prevent overheating. Also on display will be the 2.5 tonne LP Gas-powered B25L fitted with a Cascade 180° layer attachment.

The Samuk range of lift trucks and warehouse trucks is designed and manufactured by Hangcha, the biggest lift truck company in China. Hangha products are targeted at the highest-volume market sectors and are supported by the most extensive research and development programme within the industry. In July 2009, Hangha opened the doors to a brand new factory occupying an impressive 250 hectares. The factory has the capacity to produce 80,000 trucks per year on single shift working, making it one of the largest lift truck factories in the world.

The company’s KISS – Keep It Simple Specification – theme will be promoted throughout this year’s show. Samuk prides itself on its straightforward trucks which are ‘laptop-free’ meaning they can be easily serviced by any qualified mechanic without the need for laptops or other special electronic equipment.

Commenting on Samuk’s participation at the show, Chairman, Sir Neville Bowman-Shaw, says, “We are confident that this will be a great show for us and we look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand. They will be introduced to some of the best quality fork trucks within the industry along with our genuine Samuk spare parts department. Visitors will also have the opportunity to support the Army Benevolent Fund under the umbrella of the show organisers’ chosen charity Help for Heroes.”
