Conveyor Systems Limited (CSL) will exhibit details of a range of bespoke conveying solutions to provide successful handling and logistic solutions to meet client’s unique requirements.
Since introducing state-of-the-art three dimensional visualisation software, CSL can quickly and accurately design a working model for virtually any proposed conveying solution together with the interfacing to other handling equipment such as live storage and robotic handling/palletising systems. This new customised design service can be viewed as CAD drawings or real-time video clips, enabling customers to evaluate proposals in terms of throughputs and product sortation.
On the stand will be details of a comprehensive range of heavy to light duty powered conveyors in mild and stainless steel along with a compact, high speed pneumatically operated lineshaft driven switch sorter that can add a new dimension to integrated system design. Capable of handling various sized products from as little as 200mm square at high speed, these switch modules will provide maximum versatility with bi-directional (left / right) 45 degree sortation with minimum product spacing.
CSL will display details of various recent installations involving pallet handling conveyors being decanted into carton live storage racking for selection, order picking, packaging and despatch via a series of integrated gravity, powered accumulation and high speed sortation conveyors.
Details of CSL’s plastic modular conveyors will also be available and are ideal for handling lightweight products in hygienic or wet areas, necessitating the need for stainless steel frames.
CSL’s range of spiral elevator/ lowerators can offer an ideal solution in providing smooth continuous flow and high throughput of product, either up or down from different floor levels, while occupying minimum floor space. Twin lane reversible spirals are available to cater for modern packaging systems operating in dual lanes between different floor levels, with each lane being controlled separately and capable of running in opposite directions at differing speeds if required.
From single conveying modules, through to turnkey projects with full integrated control systems, CSL have designed, installed and commissioned handling solutions for production, assembly, packing, end-of-line, warehousing and order picking applications.
