PowerFlex – flexible powered roller conveyors are fully mobile units that can be quickly and easily moved to wherever they are most required. This provides the user with an efficient approach to vehicle loading and unloading. The expandable frame allows maximum vehicle penetration to allow for seamless conveying of goods right into or from the trailer, to a point of unloading without operator intervention. When not in use, the conveyor compacts to just one third of its extended length for easy storage, freeing up valuable space in the loading bay.
POWERFLEX conveyors are robust and durable, boasting a load capacity of 150KGs per linear meter to cope with the harsh environment associated with vehicle loading and unloading. The addition of an ‘Impact Loading Table’ at the loading point of the PowerFlex gives even more support and strength to the point of the PowerFlex that receives the most workload.
BEST Conveyors manufacture and assemble in the UK the full range of PowerFlex Conveyors in three standard widths. The PowerFlex can easily be customised to suit specific applications – manufactured to any required length and with optional roller pitches to cater for all sizes of products and with many solutions to provide product control requirements.
Additional options include Optical Electrical Flow Control that can provide numerous programs such as an Optical Package Stop, Indexing and full Zero Line Pressure, all tailored to each specific application.
BestReach – telescopic boom conveyors allow safe handling of high volumes of loose loaded products such as cartons, sacks, totes, tyres, etc.
The BestReach is manufactured using up to 10mm thick main case material to suit all applications and provide maximum cost effective solutions. It can be cutomised to suit individual requirements. The BestReach is manufactured to various lengths in 2, 3 and 4 stage extension lengths to suit individual requirements and to provide full vehicle penetration into trailers and containers.
For multiple docks, a Powered Traverse chassis is available to allow one machine to serve multiple doors and is available with or without floor rails and with various power supply options.
Hydraulic Tilt and a Man-Rider Platform can be fitted for increased efficiency, providing for an ergonomic pick position and the reduction of operator fatigue. The BestReach can be electrically raised and lowered at the pick face from the operator control panel accessible from the attached Man-Rider Platform. This allows the operator to work comfortably to access all levels and product positions within the container, whilst retaining a constant belt height at the dock for loading and unloading.
With various belt width options to suit the products dimensions and variable belt speed, the BestReach really can be adapted to suit all applications and provide efficient product flow. LED lights at the operator end of the BestReach, Emergency Stop and reset functions not only support the efficiency of loading and unloading, they also provide the optimum safety for the operator to work in.
