Craemer’s experience, flexibility and innovative manufacturing techniques now enables them to provide more than the norm, as they can now offer bespoke plastic pallets of various sizes to suit customers individual needs.
Using a new butt-welding process, Craemer can now manufacture bespoke, specially-sized plastic pallets for handling or storage applications that require pallets smaller or bigger than the core 1200 x 1000 and 1200 x 800mm sizes.
This unique welding process enables stable load carriers up to 3000 mm x 3000 mm to be produced and gives Craemer even greater flexibility to produce different sized plastic pallet with the possibility of additional optional edges and frames to suit an individual customer request.
Bespoke sized pallets have been supplied into the print, automotive, food and beverage markets where solutions were required to meet specific handling needs.
