NTP Online Learning enjoyed a standout evening, taking home Gold for Outstanding External Provider 2026, being named Sector Winner for Supply Chain 2026, and receiving an Award of Merit for Innovation in a New Course or Training Initiative.

The Whaplode based business, which is family run, previously won a Learning Excellence Award in 2022. Following that success, the team made the decision to enter again after significantly expanding its offering, developing new training courses and strengthening its support for professionals across the transport and logistics industry.

NTP Online Learning was also the first company to launch the Transport Manager course online back in 2017, helping to pave the way for more accessible digital training within the sector.

This year’s awards saw NTP competing against major global organisations including Maersk, banks and building societies, Rolls Royce, and many more leading names across multiple sectors.

The awards recognise excellence across the learning and development sector, highlighting organisations delivering measurable impact through high quality training and forward-thinking approaches.

A spokesperson for the company said the team was “incredibly proud” of the achievement.

“To be recognised in three separate categories means a huge amount to us. It reflects not only the quality of our training, but also the innovation behind it and the real-world impact it’s having across the industry.”

The company has built a strong reputation for accessible, practical online learning, supporting both new entrants and experienced professionals in developing their knowledge and confidence.

Its award-winning innovation centred on a new training initiative designed to better prepare learners for real world challenges; an area often identified as a key gap within the sector.

The team also paid tribute to learners, partners, and businesses who have supported its journey.

“These awards belong to our entire team, our partners, and the businesses and learners who trust us. Their support has been key to everything we’ve achieved.”

With demand for skilled professionals in transport and logistics continuing to grow, NTP Online Learning says it remains committed to raising standards and delivering training that evolves with the needs of the industry.

What sets the organisation apart, the team says, is a clear understanding of the sector combined with practical, real-world training. “We know what makes us different from other providers, and we’re now proud to show that with proof to back it up.”
