Once again, a key focus for this year’s Multimodal show is sustainability within the industry, where global logistics emissions are set to increase 42 per cent by 2050 making it the highest emitting sector by 2050 if nothing changes now. The recent COP28 Climate Summit saw industry leaders come together to highlight the critical nature of climate change, and the alterations that the supply chain sector must make to meet the Paris Agreement goals of being net zero by 2050.

Taking place on the 11th-13th June at Birmingham’s NEC, the 17th Multimodal will bring shippers and cargo owners to the free-to-attend show to improve their businesses by finding ways of moving their products more efficiently, more sustainably, and more cost effectively. Hosting every logistics sector, Multimodal offers a unique opportunity to make valuable face-to-face contact with new prospects and to network with existing suppliers.

The Multimodal exhibition will include hundreds of companies showcasing the latest innovations in supply chain management, including Maritime Transport, CEVA Logistics, Malcolm Logistics, Freightliner, DP World, COSCO, Port of Tyne, Kuehne+Nagel, Schmitz Cargobull, Maersk, Victa Railfreight, Swain Group, ONE, Amazon Freight, Mediterranean Shipping Company, and Howard Tenens Logistics.
