Panel Construct Ltd have successfully built a good reputation within the construction industry supplying and installing Fire Rated panels to numerous markets throughout the UK. We are now looking to progress into utilising empty warehousing space to create sustainable internal site accommodation, welfare space, offices, locker areas, packaging and new processing areas including holding fridges and all access doors constructed in our fully insulated sip panels. What are your best-known products/solutions/services?

Our team have over twenty years’ experience in customer support within the Construction market sector for Hygienic walls and ceilings, refurbishing existing buildings, constructing new areas in existing warehouses including access doors and vision windows. This allows us to offer the best solution for clients to expand existing premises (buildings within buildings) to facilitate extra space without the added costs for new build projects.

Which industry sectors are your customers in and which ones are growing fastest?

We work across a range of industries from Food Manufacturing to Shopping Centre development supplying fully insulated welfare areas, kitchen and canteens, changing rooms for food factories, food processing, packaging, pharmaceutical and warehouse offices. Our existing client base return year after year with new projects due to our competitive pricing structure which meets with the clients’ exacting budgets.

What are your most recent product innovations?

Panel Construct Ltd have invested in new groundbreaking technology which enables us to offer insulated fire barrier panels for constructing new processing areas for pharmaceutical companies in new warehouse premises to produce hand sanitising gel for the Covid problem, including separate manufacturing, and processing, packaging and distribution areas, walls and walk on ceilings. We can take on projects large and small for the most bespoke and intricate projects. We pride ourselves in our efficiency in meeting our clients’ needs.

What are the major trends and developments affecting your category and your customers, and how are you responding?

We recognise that companies are expanding product ranges so need to refurbish existing areas or construct new areas within existing buildings to increase productivity within their factories to maximise profits.

Can you tell us about any recent customer contracts and how you helped the customer meet their challenges?

From pharmaceutical companies to shopping centres, customers require buildings which need fire barrier panels to enable companies to construct new shop requirements within existing shopping malls who are continually refurbishing their shops to offer a new and revitalised shopping experience.

How does business in 2024 compare to previous years? What’s your strategy for succeeding in the current climate?

We are continually expanding our existing customer base to include new market sectors with current and new products and constantly growing to offer unrivalled commitment to achieve our clients’ objectives.

What’s the latest news from your company?

Panel Construct Ltd have recently moved to larger premises to enable further expansion so we can offer our services to include supplies of quality approved materials for self-build as well as supply and install to large and small businesses, who require our products in warehouses with unused space for expansion projects.

Can you tell us about any areas where you’re currently making technical advances e.g., safety, sustainability, environment?

To enable sustainability & environment awareness all our panels used in temporary construction of walls and ceilings are re-used at end of life in fire barrier hoardings and dismantled and recycled at the end of temporary hoarding use.

Are you investing in staff training and skills development?

All our staff go through basic site health and safety tests and are guided through all installs by senior installers to ensure we keep abreast of upgrades in site conditions to comply with industry requirements.

Are you taking part in any major trade shows? Can you tell us what you’ll be exhibiting there?

Panel Construct Ltd are not currently exhibiting as business is expanding due to word of mouth and existing client recommendations.
