Stobart Europe part of Culina Group, the market-leading provider of shared-user FMCG logistics services, announce an agreement to take over Suloja Autotransporte GmbH as from Monday 1st April 2024.

The terms of the agreement, including consideration, have not been disclosed.

Suloja Autotransporte GmbH is a mid-size player in Automotive Logistics in Germany and a profitable business with a 2023 turnover of 6,800,000 million Euros, and excellent potential for further growth.

With this important acquisition Stobart Europe has further strengthened its position in the European Automotive Logistics Sector. Suloja Autotransporte GmbH will benefit from Group ownership which will provide investment and job retention whilst bringing an entrepreneurial spirit.

From its Head Office in Monchengladbach, Suloja Autotransporte GmbH specialises in a range of diverse Automotive Logistics Solutions and has over twenty five years of experience in this highly specialised sector. Suloja Autotransporte GmbH employs around thirty staff and operates a specialist fleet of twenty vehicles that in 2023 transported over 35,000 vehicles across Germany.

The primary aim for Stobart Europe is to expand its European automotive logistics business whilst ensuring that current and prospective customers continue to benefit from market-leading levels of service.
