LogiMAT, Europe’s largest annual intralogistics trade show, was held this year between March 19 and 21 in Stuttgart, Germany. ROYPOW, a market leader in Lithium-ion Material Handling Batteries, took part with its material handling power solutions, attracting many visitors and leaving behind another successful trade show.

As material handling challenges evolve, businesses demand more efficiency, productivity, and lower total cost of ownership from their material handling equipment. By continuously integrating the latest technologies and innovative designs, ROYPOW is at the forefront, providing tailored solutions that effectively address these challenges.

ROYPOW LiFePO4 batteries for forklifts utilising 24 V, 36 V, 48 V, 72 V, 80 V, and 90 V systems are built for Class I, II, and III forklifts, which have been developed to meet automotive-grade standards, with a design life of 10 years. Lithium provides high power that endures, with fast, efficient opportunity charging. Each battery has a self-developed BMS for intelligent management, and the built-in smart 4G module enables remote monitoring, diagnosing, and software upgrades. With the built-in hot aerosol fire extinguisher in every battery, ROYPOW forklift power systems are safe and can quickly reduce potential fire-related issues during material handling. Additionally, the low-temperature heating function maintains charging stability in low-temperature environments such as cold storage applications.

Last year, ROYPOW made substantial progress in battery safety technologies. Two of its 48 V electric forklift battery systems achieved the UL 2580 certifications in another step marking that ROYPOW motive power batteries meet international standards while underscoring ROYPOW’s constant pursuit of quality and safety assurances for reliable lithium battery solutions. ROYPOW will expand its range of upgraded offerings as more models will receive UL Certification this year.

“We are thrilled to be exhibiting at LogiMAT 2024 and to have the opportunity to demonstrate our material handling power solutions at such a premier event in the intralogistics industry,” said Michael Li, Vice President of ROYPOW. “Our products have been designed to meet the material handling needs of logistics, warehouses, construction businesses and more, providing enhanced efficiency, flexibility and reduced operating costs. This has been borne out in many cases where we are helping our clients upgrade performance and realise significant savings.”

Currently, ROYPOW has partnered with the dealers of famous brands such as Clark, Toyota, Hyster-Yale, and Hyundai around the globe. In markets like Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, the demand for ROYPOW lithium forklift batteries is on a steady rise. Collaborations with renowned global forklift brands, coupled with resounding success stories like those in Japan where ROYPOW batteries power hundreds of Toyota forklifts, underscore the reliability and efficiency of ROYPOW lithium solutions and establish itself as a prominent and influential player in the global lithium-ion forklift truck power industry.
