Arriving at an office to interview a candidate to realise that I was in Milton Keynes and the interview was arranged in Bristol. This was before we held meetings virtually so was a great learning experience to double check locations!

What would be your advice to someone thinking about coming into the industry (apart from “don’t do it”)?

Firstly ensure that you really want to be in this industry, then work hard to learn as much as you can to really understand it. Align yourself with people that have more experience and learn from them, and always have a goal in mind.
