A leading tail lift manufacturer says its out-of-hours call centre provider is helping to maintain high levels of customer service for its client base.
Dhollandia Tail Lifts UK is one the country’s leading tail lift and ramp manufacturers, providing lifts for trucks, vans and minibuses with lifting capacities from 350kg to 9t. With many of its products used by the logistics sector, Dhollandia must provide round-the-clock emergency repair services.
TNS 365 provides the Huntingdon-based company with out-of-hours call centre services from 5pm to 8.30am on weekdays and all weekend, plus full coverage during Dhollandia UK’s annual two-week shutdown over Christmas.
