What’s the most exciting thing about your job?
Overcoming what can be percieved as quite complex issues, but when we’re able to fully understand a current or new clients requirement, being able to present a viable and robust solution is satisfying.
Who has inspired you most in your career?
My whole family’s work ethic which has always been instilled into me from a young age.
If you were an item in a warehouse, what would you be?
One of our state-of-the-art Zebra scanning devices that we are so heavily reliant on! Love their ruggedness!
If you had your time again, what would you do different?
Nothing, I have no regrets – my journey has made me who I am today!
What’s your favourite pastime?
Spending time with my family comes first but after that I enjoy golf; which can be frustrating at times but offers a fantastic way to mix sport with social activities.
Do you play a sport, follow a sport or support a team?
I still enjoy playing most sports but football is my favourite and I support Arsenal, which this season in particular has been good to watch.
Do you have any hidden talents?
People are usually pretty surprised to learn that I used to DJ and still do a little now.
Who would be your favourite party guest?
Arsene Wenger… for obvious reasons, I’d love to know more about the Invincible team!
What is the greatest luxury in your life?
Golf clubs!
If you won the Lottery, what would you do?
I would spend time enjoying myself with my family which would consist of travelling a little and experiencing new things, but I’d then need something to do when I came back which would likely involve starting my own business to keep me occupied.
Who or what makes you laugh?
Throwing myself into something new and slipping up along the way (usually a new fitness event I’m having a go at), but also my wife when she’s drunk!
What’s your dream holiday?
The Mediterranean somewhere all inclusive where my phone doesn’t receive much of a signal.
What’s your favourite music album?
Usher – 8701.
What’s your favourite movie or Netflix series?
That would have to be Suits.
What would be your advice to someone thinking about coming into the industry (apart from “don’t do it”)?
Always be openminded to how things work and have a continuous improvement mindset whichever role you are in. This industry is perfect for trying new ways of working and constantly introducing improvement.
