What products or services does your company offer?

Rollers

Interroll has already manufactured 500 million conveyor rollers—also known as steel rollers, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) rollers and slave rollers. This underlines the company’s leading international position with key products for use in internal logistics. Rollers from Interroll are the products of choice for transporting containers and pallets in the distribution centers of postal and courier services, mail order companies, and airports and production plants, as well as in the supermarket and the e-commerce sectors. Interroll offers 60,000 different versions of rollers for you to choose from.

Drives & Controls

Interroll’s motorised rollers and drum motors offer the exactly the right drive for every conveyor system. The economical DC drives are used in decentralised conveyor systems, optimising energy requirements and material flow. The bus interface enables the integration of zero-pressure-accumulation conveyor technology. The drum motors are designed for use in belt conveyors and conveyor systems. They are installed directly in the frame of the conveyor belt to save space. The wide range of speeds covers a wide variety of applications (e.g., in industry as well as in food processing, baggage handling, supermarket check-outs and empty goods systems).

Conveyor systems

Interroll prides itself on having created platforms of products, such as the Modular Conveyor Platform (MCP). These platforms consist of a wide range of conveyor modules offering enormous versatility. With straight lines, curves, merges and transfers, the MCP can offer a wide range of modules consisting of roller conveyors, belt conveyors, lifters, High Performance Diverts and spiral lifts to cover all material-flow requirements so that all common materials can be reliably transported.

Sortation systems

Sorters are needed at various intralogistics points, such as in the goods receiving, picking and shipping areas. With the Interroll Sorter Solution Platform, Interroll offers a full range of proven solutions for reliable and cost-effective sorting of unit loads such as cartons, parcels, packaged food, etc. In response to the increased global demand for fast sorting technology and the growing variety of goods, Interroll completely innovated and extended its sortation portfolio. The sorter platform consists of Hoirzontal Crossbelt Sorters and Vertical Crossbelt Sorters, as well as Split Tray Sorters, sorter controls and infeed systems.

Pallet Handling

With the modular Pallet Conveyor Platform (MPP), versatile pallet handling for all kinds of applications can be achieved with Interroll’s roller and chain line conveyors, transfers and turntables, and comprehensive storage and conveying solutions. Pallets weighing up to 1.2 tons can be transported at speeds up to 0.5 metres per second.

With the Pallet Flow system, Interroll provides a versatile storage system that is based on gravity roller lanes with a decline of 4 percent. There are no drives to move pallets; instead, gravity takes on this task, reducing investment costs, energy consumption and complexity within the installation. Pallet Flow conveyors are available for applications according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) principles.

Interroll’s Pallet Handling portfolio is completed by the Smart Pallet Mover (SPM). The award-winning, innovative solution, enables automation of pallet organisation in the areas of production machines and order picking. It significantly increases productivity and safety in production environments; waiting times and downtimes make way for just-in-time delivery and intelligent buffering. It is uniquely suited for manufacturing logistics.

Service & Support

Interroll recently launched a separate service organisation to provide its Interroll Lifetime Service to customers for the entire life cycle of its products. The organisation supports both new and existing customers with a range of replacement-part services. It also offers installation and maintenance services for system integrators and OEMs.
