Warehouse & Logistics News attended Interroll’s “Imagine the way” tour at the start of the truck road show in Kettering.

The European-wide truck road show aims to proactively turn around the situation in order to meet customers in the safest, most convenient, and dedicated way.

By the time it finishes in October, the tour will have visited Switzerland, France, the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia and Portugal.

“This was our opportunity to have face to face contact with our customers to reaffirm our commitment, and to continue building the confidence in our brand. This follows months of an unstable supply chain and global supply shortage impacting many of our of key components, and ultimately our service levels. With the Interroll Truck Road Show, those we met were able to express concerns and we were able to set the record straight, share the lessons we have learnt and give both our assurances and full commitment as a market leader,” comments Hilton Campbell, Managing Director of Interroll.

“It also gave our team the chance to present new crossover products, offering higher security and more options to supply. We also shared details of our latest innovations which we have been investing in heavily. We had a strong focus on the Smart Pallet Mover (SPM), Special Hygienic Conveyor (SHC) and the Ultra Hygienic Transfer (UHT).”

Interroll looks for possibilities to jointly identify new ways of working, enter new fields of business and foster relationships with partners, adding new dimensions to its partner relationships.

The company believes in true partnership and wants to meet customers on its journey, taking the view that together, we can seize more opportunities and better embrace change.
