HygiSeal 3.1 is seen as a significant upgrade in food safe construction, setting a rigid bonding between its kerbs and wall and floor surfaces. It is also PU-Free and has a flexibility of 20%, so it can still live with the building.

With no special caulking gun required for application, it is water and chemical resistant, can repel fungus and has an application temperature of 5-35°C.

Being seamless and suitable for high pressure cleaning, the sustainable bonding is more economical than other systems, as well as being easily repairable.
