Thanks to the support of its customers, Antalis has balanced through the World Land Trust, 7,350 tonnes of CO2, protecting 1,190 acres of critically threatened tropical forest.

Antalis began its support of the World Land Trust in December 2015 after recognising the need to take positive action to help combat the world’s climate crisis. Over the last five years, the company has developed its scheme to make it easier for customers to participate in carbon balancing.

Antalis’ Carbon Balanced Paper scheme is a simple way for customers to balance the carbon emissions of their office paper and printed communications while enhancing the sustainability credentials of their brand.

Customers can now choose to offset any paper and board they purchase from Antalis’ ranges. The creative paper ranges, from Arjowiggins, are also already supplied fully carbon balanced as standard – a real key differentiator for clients and end users, and a demonstration of the commitment and partnership Antalis has with the WLT. Users of Carbon Balanced Paper can receive a certificate from World Land Trust quantifying the carbon offset and area of land preserved.
