More than 20,000 gift-bags for NHS staff have been distributed to frontline workers during the coronavirus pandemic – thanks to a partnership between leading sampling agency, The Goody Bag Company, and full-service logistics provider, Leicestershire-based Lemonpath.
Initially the project planned to create a 10-item gift-bag for the NHS, but donations soon doubled as businesses rallied to support the initiative, and the final ‘thank you’ bags were filled with 25 treats.
The project was completed in just under six weeks from start to finish, with Lemonpath, one of the largest manual contract packers in the Midlands, picking, packing and dispatching the bags to hardworking NHS staff.
Amanda Garratt, founder of The Goody Bag Company, said she was “never in any doubt that Lemonpath would deliver on time.”
