On stand M241 we will be exhibiting our newly improved Air-Evacuation system called “airevac” which can now be installed with all models of Saxon Sealers to offer high-speed production bag sealing, air evacuation, plus optional gas insertion. The improvements deliver more bags per hour, a higher fill rate, increases in air removal from the bags, plus enhanced shelf life for food products.

Also demonstrated on the stand is the SEM30 manual bagging system. This robust, gross weigher offers many benefits to users as it boasts an integral hopper, 3 electronic weighers, accurate dosage and 500 product recipe spaces. The SEM30 is presented as an all-in-one, bag filler and closing solution.

Due to the growth in the sport nutrition and fine powder industry, Saxon has developed the Band Sealer with Zip lock closing to seal zip lock bag surface and to close all zip locks or sliders in one go.
