International development organisation Transaid has welcomed warehousing fulfilment and contact solutions specialist Prolog Fulfilment as the latest supporter to enrol in its growing corporate membership programme.

Prolog Fulfilment joins some of the biggest and most influential organisations in the transport and logistics sector in supporting Transaid, which now has 36 corporate members. Together, these organisations contribute time, expertise and resources to help Transaid achieve its primary goals of improving commercial driving standards and ensuring people have improved access to healthcare in sub-Saharan Africa.

Neil Daniells, Managing Director at Prolog Fulfilment, says: “Transaid is an incredible organisation that undertakes life-saving projects across Africa in the logistics sector, and corporate membership was a great opportunity for us to get involved in the fantastic work they do.

“We wanted to support an organisation closely associated with our own industry, and Transaid ticked every box. There’s real excitement within our team for what we can help Transaid achieve.”

As part of the corporate membership, Prolog Fulfilment will be encouraging its staff to participate in fundraising events to raise additional money for Transaid. Corporate member activities can include opportunities for team members to work on secondments with Transaid overseas, for periods ranging from a week up to six months.

Caroline Barber, Chief Executive at Transaid, says: “We are incredibly lucky as an organisation to have access to a wealth of expertise within our corporate membership base, and we are very excited about the opportunity to work closely with the Prolog Fulfilment team over the coming years.”
