NNR Global Logistics cites its relationship with Centrica Business Solutions as an example of outstanding customer service. The two companies have worked together for a number of years with NNR providing Centrica with a bespoke end-to-end logistics solution. Centrica’s commercial manager, Meyze Mohammed, comments: “NNR have always gone above and beyond in meeting our dedicated KPIs. From day one they have done all that we requested of them.”

Tim Dabbs, head of contract logistics at NNR, adds: “At NNR we recognise that customer partnerships are the key to providing the complete package to our customers. We realise that healthy relationships with hauliers, packing suppliers, temp agencies and other 3PLs are also vital and we value these relationships as much as the customer partnership itself.”


Paul Ponsonby’s Customer Commitment Plan (CCP) allows the company to focus on maintaining high levels of customer service and ensure that its customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.

“Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and this ethos cascades throughout the business,” says the company’s Joanne Dolan. She adds: “Our employees understand the importance and emphasis we place on customer service. There have been numerous occasions when a warehouse customer has urgently required a pallet to be picked or a container unloaded near to closing time and our diligent team have always ensured that the customer’s goods are prepared regardless of time.”

Thanks, in part, to the dedication of its workforce, Paul Ponsonby has seen turnover increase by 120 per cent in the last 18 months.
