The Manufacturing Management Show aims to bring visitors everything they need to know about running a successful manufacturing site all under one roof. As headline sponsors, Toyota are looking to support the manufacturing industry through workshops on the Toyota Production System (TPS), as well as static demonstrations of key equipment ideal for use in a manufacturing setting.

On stand E9, Toyota will be showcasing a range of trucks ideal for moving goods around the factory environment. These include the latest in tow tractors and load carriers, hand and powered pallet trucks, electric counterbalance forklifts and a look into Toyota’s used truck process.

The Toyota team will be on stand to speak to visitors about their materials handling needs and provide them with advice on which trucks may best suit their manufacturing operation.

Tony Wallis, Commercial Director at Toyota Material Handling UK explains: “Toyota is an organisation that promotes excellence in manufacturing. For us there is no better way to do this than to be associated with the Manufacturing Management Show, who created this show to inform and educate.”

The show will include a workshop with Tony Wallis, in which he will be providing an introduction to the Toyota Production System (TPS) and showing how process drives continuous improvement. A TPS white paper will also be available for visitors to pick up from the Toyota stand (E9).

Wallis adds: “We see this conference as a great opportunity for us to talk to manufacturers, understand the challenges they experience and share our knowledge about continuous improvement.”
