Gradstrategy launches a cost effective recruitment model that improves graduate retention.
The cost per head of attracting and selecting graduates is about to fall dramatically for companies recruiting graduates for their graduate schemes and roles. Companies looking for creative ways to reduce the cost of their graduate scheme recruitment whilst increasing retention in their scheme and improving employee engagement can take advantage of this new scheme.
Gradstrategy in partnership with 3 of the West Midlands top Universities will launch the Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics Careers Programme for the Midlands. The scheme will be open to Final Year students and Masters students with an interest in embarking on or developing a career in Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics.
