Jason Hicks has been appointed Sales Executive at SSI Schaefer for the North West patch with responsibility for growing its portfolio of customers in the region.
Jason, whose track record includes a recent £600k contract within the education sector, will essentially be looking after existing customers whilst identifying new ones and utilising his skills to win contracts and seek out opportunities for SSI Schaefer in the North West.
Mr Hicks has extensive knowledge, skills and experience within the materials handling industry having worked with three leading European manufacturers facilitating the installation of dynamic storage systems through his own highly-detailed site survey work and AutoCAD designs.
Prior to joining SSI Schaefer, Jason held senior sales positions within all three of those manufacturers of steel storage systems, operating mainly within the public sector arena. For over 20-years Jason has specialised in project management, new business generation, pioneering new territories and in some cases new technologies for several organisations, building a solid client base through an improved service quality and proactive work ethic.
Jason will be on the SSI Schaefer stand, number E55, at this year’s Northern Manufacturing & Electronics Exhibition on 2/3 October at Event City, Manchester.
