Storage solutions specialist APEX Linvar has appointed Ian Smith to the post of Managing Director.

Ian, with over 25 years experience in the Logistics sector working with logistics providers, retailers and consumer businesses, commented: “The foundations have been laid for a concerted push for growth with Apex Linvar offering some innovative products, coupled with committed people, these are exciting times for us as we look to substantially increase our market share.

Integral to the APEX Linvar solutions offering is the unique mobile storage system SpeedCell, which has changed the way people think about small item storage, especially within the e-fulfillment arena, because it maximises storage space and streamlines operations.

Another key product is Meta shelving, which continues to be the leading solution in a range of sectors, including automotive and retail.
