With over 20 years of service experience in the highly competitive materials handling sector, that is driven by service support, Mark has been tasked with bringing further efficiencies and improving response times to add to Hörmann’s excellent reputation for customer service.

To meet this increased demand, Hörmann is investing in new equipment and software to help its engineers maintain response times as demand increases.
