ddddThe CompTIA Green IT certification exam validates your knowledge and effectiveness required for applying environmentally responsible techniques while working with an organization’s IT infrastructure. This certification is intended for IT professionals who are in a job role that include making key decisions about a company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of technical experience and have previously earned the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server +, or related IT credentials.

This CompTIA exam, which is available only in English at this time, will have a one-hour time limit in which to answer the exam’s 30 questions. Exam topics will include concepts related to current IT methodologies, cost-cutting power management and techniques related to IT virtualization; knowledge of general mandating standards and regulations of global organizations; understanding of environmentally responsible methods of disposing waste; and concepts related to developing, deploying, and calculating, ROI for green IT planning.
