Duco Buijze has been appointed CEO of Partner Logistics and will take up his new position from 1st November, 2012. He is due to take over from Ulrich Notschaele, who since April 2011, has held the position of CEO on an interim basis.

As a former Netherlands ‘Logistics Manager of the Year’ 2009, Duco has held previous positions within the Netherlands as director of operations at Lekkerland Nederland BV and as General Director, urban distribution specialist, Downtown service, where he will continue to be involved in the background.

Commenting on his new appointment, Duco said: “I’m very much looking forward to joining Partner Logistics as the new CEO. The company is a strong partner in the logistic services, where high-quality warehousing facilities are part of the core activity.”

The company employs 260 people and operates six facilities – two in the UK (Gloucester and Wisbech), three in the Netherlands (Bergen op Zoom, Bodegraven and Waalwijk) and one in Belgium (Ypres).
