The Kardex Group is a manufacturer of automated storage solutions and materials handling systems. The Group consists of; Kardex Remstar, Kardex Stow and Kardex Mlog Divisions.

Kardex Remstar develops, manufactures and sells dynamic storage and retrieval systems, Kardex Stow static storage systems and Kardex Mlog integrated materials handling systems and high-bay warehouses. Kardex Remstar and Kardex Mlog also provide controls, software solutions and services.

The Kardex Group has branches and manufacturing units in Europe, America and Asia and employs more than 2.000 people in more than 30 countries worldwide.

From Design to Realisation

Kardex Stow distinguishes itself from other rack manufacturers by focusing its attention on its customers’ storage problems. The solutions may be found in either mass-produced standard items or in custom-made products.

As a constantly evolving organization, sales, technical and practical skills are regularly updated through training seminars in new technology and its applications. Structural calculations are performed using specialized software. Special skills and experience are necessary to calculate safe load bearing capacities.

The R&D department is always looking for new, innovative storage solutions. (Kardex)Stow has invested heavily in fully automated production lines. Quality control is fully automated and employs the very latest techniques.

Kardex Stow began its production in Wevelgem (Belgium) in 1977. Since then it has expanded its production facilities and now manufactures at a second plant in Belgium (Dottignies), the Czech Republic and China.

Kardex Stow systems are engineered to cope with the most challenging environments anywhere in the world. They are capable of operating in very low or very high temperature conditions and can also be tailor made for specific requirements such as cleanliness and hygiene.
