Magimix has chosen the Widdowson Group to provide a complete retail logistics service for the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Widdowson will be responsible for storing, handling and distributing the company’s high-end kitchen appliance range including food processors and Nespresso coffee machines.

Originating in France, Magimix is the designer and manufacturer of small electrical kitchen appliances that are made to a commercial standard for domestic use. The products are also the preferred choice of a number of chefs including Jamie Oliver.
Widdowson will securely store Magimix products and then pick them to order and distribute to Magimix’s retail customer base. The orders will be delivered either directly into independent cookshops or to the nominated distribution centre for larger retailers.

Operating over 550,000 sq. ft. of logistics warehousing space, the Widdowson Group has the ability to offer dedicated or shared user storage facilities in racked or bulk configuration on a contractual or short term basis.
Widdowson’s modern fleet of over 120 vehicles, extending from panic vans to 44 tonne artics and including almost 200 trailers, offers national distribution from one pallet to a full load either on a dedicated, contractual, shared user or ad hoc basis. They can carry a diverse range of products mainly concentrating on manufacturing, retail and industrial market sectors.
