Storax Racking Systems, the Midlands-based mobile racking specialist, recently exhibited at the annual British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF) conference at the Chesford Grange Hotel near Kenilworth.
The BFFF is the leading association for the frozen food industry and its members are among the most important companies across the entire spectrum of the frozen food industry. These include the major supermarkets, food manufacturers and processors, logistics and distribution companies and cold storage specialists.
The BFFF Business Conference this year examined premiumisation of the retail sector, with a focus on foodservice along with an economic and frozen trends update. The day was rounded off with a session from Digby Lord Jones, one of the biggest advocates for British industry and trade both at home and abroad.
The conference was extremely well attended, due to the high quality of the speakers and the opportunities for networking with senior members of the frozen food industry. A select number of associated suppliers to the frozen food industry were offered the opportunity to set up stands outside the conference auditorium.
