Conveyor Systems Limited (CSL) will exhibit details of a range of modular conveyors and using video technology, display a series of state-of-the art 3D visuals showing innovative bespoke systems interfacing to other OEM equipment in order provide cost effective materials handling solutions. CSL’s customised design service can be viewed as CAD drawings or real-time video clips, enabling customers to evaluate proposals in terms of throughputs and product sortation.

Also on display will be a space saving spiral conveyor that can elevate/lower various packed items of different shapes and sizes in a continuous flow between different floor levels. Incorporating a new compact column design feature, the spiral unit is lighter in weight but maintains the rigid structure and durability to support a high throughput of product, whilst also offering many new functional benefits. Available as single or twin lane reversible spirals, the new design improves visibility with narrow supporting columns and also adds greater handling flexibility as the core radius is enlarged.

CSL will show details of a range of light to heavy duty belt, modular, slat, powered roller and chain conveyors manufactured in mild and stainless steel, which can be interfaced with other OEM machinery or integrated with controls and software to provide an automated turnkey solution.

CSL has many years experience in designing, installing and commissioning storage and material handling solutions in primarily the Food, Drink and Pharmaceutical industries and invite companies to Stand No: D11 at PPMA 2011 or visit www.conveyorsystemsltd.com for further information.
