JPC has loaders which enable you to load or unload all types of vans and trailers in a fraction of the time and for a fraction of the cost. We have mobile and fixed state of the art machines, manufactured by the leaders in telescopic belt conveyors. JPC’s telescopic conveyors are refurbished to the highest standards incorporating modern controls and new mechanical parts throughout. Our machines look and operate as new units.
Over the past eighteen months the focus has been on increasing the end user customer base. This push has caused JPC to realise that companies which operate with smaller quantities do not necessarily see the relatively substantial capital outlay of a new (and often refurbished) vehicle loading conveyor as a solution. Once more, very few are even approached. JPC has placed emphasis on this forgotten market, and has produced 22 refurbished units in the past 18mths to smaller companies which make substantial savings after the installation of our units. Demand over the past 6months has spread to larger warehouse operations including major parcel companies who have taken advantage of our high quality low cost units.
JPC continues to install machines on a free trial basis to establish the conveyors worth to our clients operation. Customers have taken advantage of this offer by completing time and motion studies, to establish the improved efficiency brought about by the implementation of our conveyors. Mechanical installation and 2 weeks’ usage will cost nothing.
