Platformers World will take place from 2-6 May 2011 on the open-air site during CeMAT in Hannover. Visitors will experience a comprehensive program focused on the applications, operation and contract hiring of mobile lifting equipment and access platforms.

Platformers World are an ideal addition to CeMAT, complementing and completing the trade show program. CeMAT Hannover offers optimal conditions, ensuring that exhibitors can reach new international target groups, while the visitors who come to the Platformers World to obtain in-depth information add to the ranks of the CeMAT Community. “In this sense, both sides benefit from this cooperation”, says Manfred Kutzinski, Project Director of CeMAT. “We are confident that exhibitor numbers at the next CeMAT will be significantly above the 1,000 mark and expect around 60,000 visitors from across the globe.”

The organizers of Platformers World, Oliver Sven Dahms from Vertikal Events and Reinhard Willenbrock from Willenbrock Concept, acknowledge that it is not just the trade fair infrastructure that makes the venue so attractive. The city of Hannover also has much in its favour: “As a location for trade shows and exhibitions Hannover boasts not only outstanding and extensive Exhibition Grounds – it also has a very good transport network and excellent hotel accommodation suitable for stand personnel and trade visitors.”

In 2012 Platformers World returns to the former venue. From 6-7 September the event will take place once more in Hessen Hotelpark Hohenroda.
