As part of the further expansion and development of its Systems range of cushioning machines and materials, Pregis Protective Packaging Europe has appointed Hamadi Ettarfass as Business Development Director for Systems.
Mr Ettarfass has extensive experience of the protective packaging industry having spent 12 years with Ranpak in a number of sales and development positions, most recently as Director International Accounts for Europe and Asia.
In his new role at Pregis, Mr Ettarfass will be responsible for driving the growth of the Systems range throughout Europe, including sales and service support and the development and implementation of new products and technology. As part of this focus on Systems, Pregis has already established a dedicated Centre of Excellence in Poland, expanded its sales force in key areas and created a technical support group. The company also offers a specialist consultation service to match customer requirements to the appropriate Pregis system.
