ancra-systems-pl-wisbech-chain-conveyor-systemAncra Systems supplies Partner Logistics in Wisbech (UK) with an automated truck loading and unloading solution. After successfully supplying Partner Logistics with chain conveyor systems for automatic truck loading and unloading in various locations in Belgium and the Netherlands, Ancra Systems have now received a further order for Partner Logistics new cold store warehouse in Wisbech (UK). In order to be able to offer local technical support and service, Ancra Systems will be in cooperation with Nottingham (UK) based European Conveyor Systems.

Partner Logistics, a top 3 player in Europe for warehousing and distribution of deep-frozen products, built a new fully automated cold store with the capacity of 77’000 pallet places in Wisbech. Ancra Systems will supply two stationary chain conveyor systems and four trailer chain systems. The systems enable full automated loading and unloading in just over 2 minutes, thus streamlining the shuttle transport between regional producers of deep-frozen products and the warehouse of Partner Logistics.

Ancra Systems designed and engineered the system in accordance with the highest standards and regulations required for handling deep-frozen food. By having installed multiple systems in this industry, Ancra Systems were able to develop a standardized solution for cold store loading and unloading applications.

Jasper van den Driest (Managing Director Ancra Systems): “Ancra Systems is already very strong in mainland Europe. With this big project in the UK we are well positioned to grow our business in the UK as well. With European Conveyor Systems, we have found a very capable partner that can provide local technical support during installation and provide service once the systems are operational”.

Ancra Systems supplies material handling systems for automatic truck loading and unloading and the connection to new or existing internal transport conveyors.
