Anglo Holt Construction will deliver a new distribution hub of 25,000 sq ft (2,323 m2) unit incorporating 3,000 sq ft (2,787 m2)) of integral office accommodation for Business Post in a 6 month contract as part of the development of a 11 acre (4.45ha) industrial park at Beaconside, Stafford.
The largest independent parcels, mail and logistics service company within the UK, Business Post is no stranger to Anglo Holt since the construction company was responsible for the company’s £7million investment of the 170,000 sq ft (15,793 m2) central distribution hub. The landmark building is located alongside the M6 motorway close to Spaghetti Junction, Birmingham.
The new warehouse for Business Post has been facilitated by Stafford based developer and leisure operator, The Leons Group, in a £multi million investment adding to the momentum of Stafford town council’s highly visible regeneration strategy.
