Included in the Optimax product range are the CT20U uniform case taper and the CT30R random case taper, both of which are popular in order fulfilment centres, repacking operations and other sectors such as the wine and bottling industry.
• The CT20U is ideal for higher output where carton sizes are more consistent. Adjustment between carton sizes is fast and easily carried out.
• The CT30R has automatic adjustable side guides and upper taping head height to accommodate variable carton dimensions during operation, so is therefore more appropriate for general distribution centres.
All Optimax case tapers include infeed/outfeed roller conveyors and swivelling and lockable castors as standard features. This enables the case tapers to be easily added to a packing line or operated independently.

Although fast – up to 1,200 cartons per hour – the tape seal is professional and consistent, and problems such as lost or broken tape dispensers, operator strain or fatigue and badly sealed cartons are eliminated.”
