OK LED have developed two new beam angle options, 60×90°/120, for their HiRack LED Warehouse Aisle light. Previously, OK LED’s standard HiRack standard beam angle was 30×70°.
30×70° is suitable for warehouses with high racking applications. 120° is suitable for open area applications, while 60×90° is suitable for rectangular applications and where concentrated light is needed. OK LED has tested a one-piece 90W HiRack with a 60X90 degree beam angle in part of their factory. It delivers 1962 lux with around 2.5 m installation height from the work surface. It is very bright and makes people feel comfortable in precision working areas.
OK’s new LED warehouse aisle lights have advantages over traditional LED high bay lights in warehouse applications. Conventional high bay lights are not very suitable for these kinds of applications as their lighting pattern is round. The new HiRack high efficiency solution is purpose-built for use in high racking. Its elongated beam angle ensures the light is projected in between the racks and not on top of it.
Here is a comment from one of OK LED’s clients after testing a 150W HiRack LED warehouse aisle light: “Thank you for the samples. We have checked the heat dissipation and beam angle. What was the test casing temperature in your tests, and what are the parameters of tolerance?
“It is a very high quality product. Once we have set up in the actual application we will be able to make a final decision.”
