The excellent reliability of a recently installed Mosca strapping machine at the Portsmouth facility of leading pharmaceutical wholesaler Phoenix Healthcare Distribution is enabling the company to achieve a high level of productivity, strapping around 3,300 tote boxes containing pharmaceuticals each day.
The Mosca ROTRP SoniXs is a fully automatic strapping machine featuring Mosca’s market-leading ultrasonic sealing system 4101. Key features include electronic self-calibration and strap end detection with ejection of remaining strap. The fully flexible machine can be integrated into most production lines.
