Minebea Intec, a global manufacturer of industrial weighing and inspection technologies, will showcase its engineering expertise at PPMA 2026 from 22–24 September. Rather than focusing solely on individual products, the company will highlight how it develops tailored solutions based on specific customer requirements.

Manufacturers today face rising energy costs, stricter quality demands, sustainability targets and pressure for maximum plant availability. Standard systems often fall short, so Minebea Intec follows a clear principle: understand the process first, then engineer the optimal solution. Its “Engineered for you” approach begins with analysing processes, environmental conditions and regulatory needs before creating concepts that combine technical precision with economic efficiency. The result is customised weighing and inspection systems that improve reliability, efficiency and uptime.
The company will demonstrate adaptable solutions for new plants, line extensions and retrofits. Country Manager Peter Walker will be on hand to discuss integrated concepts across the production line. A key highlight is the Flexus® Combi checkweigher, which combines dynamic weight control with metal detection for ferrous, non ferrous and stainless steel contaminants. Available in multiple configurations—from compact 360mm units to systems for 5kg bags or multilane applications—the Flexus® Combi delivers up to 600 items per minute and features hygienic, easy clean design.
Minebea Intec will also present its metal detectors and X ray systems for detecting foreign bodies including metal, glass, stones and certain plastics, enabling comprehensive in line quality checks.
Visitors can experience the Red Dot Award winning Blue HMI interface, shown on the Cosynus checkweigher. Blue HMI provides intuitive, consistent operation across Minebea Intec systems, supporting food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical applications.
In static weighing, the new MiNexx® bench and floor scales offer precision, ease of use and cybersecurity through IEC 62443 compliant protection and tiered user management.
Visitors can explore tailored solutions at Hall 5, Stand B52.
