Family-owned trading business, the RO Group, is pleased to announce that GRIDSERVE has expanded its Electric Super Hub at Solstice Park, Amesbury, with the addition of eight new charging stations, responding to increased demand at the site.

Located on the A303, the 160-acre Solstice Park development has become a well-established destination for both businesses and travellers, with a strong line-up of national and international brands. Since opening, GRIDSERVE’s hub has provided convenient, reliable charging powered by net zero carbon energy, supporting the growing number of electric vehicle users passing through the region.
GRIDSERVE designs with both performance and user safety in mind. Fully weather-sealed, the chargers feature connectors engineered to be safely plugged in and removed when it rains. Live electrical contacts are energised once the connector is securely latched, ensuring reliability and peace of mind for drivers in all weather conditions.
Ed Davidson, Asset Management Director at RO Real Estate, commented: “We are delighted to see GRIDSERVE further invest in its Electric Super Hub at Solstice Park. The expansion is a clear reflection of the strong demand for high-quality EV infrastructure at this key site.
“This continued commitment to sustainable energy aligns perfectly with the wider environmental focus of our Group and enhances the offering at Solstice Park. It also comes at a time when the sector is benefiting from the UK Government’s £1 billion funding package announced this year to make transport cleaner, more affordable and less reliant on volatile fuel prices.”
