Leading global property adviser Knight Frank has hired Matthew Rickman as a Partner in its Industrial & Logistics team, strengthening the business’ lease advisory offering to clients.
Matthew joins Knight Frank from Montagu Evans, where he has worked for the past ten years. Matthew has specialised solely in Industrial & Logistics lease advisory services since 2018, providing landlords and occupiers across the UK with support and expert advice on rent reviews, renewals, regears and surrenders. Matthew’s client list has included some of the UK’s largest warehouse landlords and operators, including SEGRO, Legal & General, M&G, M7 and Royal Mail. He has also acted as an expert witness in third party proceedings.
