PackPro eCommerce Fulfilment, a UK-based third-party logistics (3PL) provider, has announced it will relocate to a new carbon neutral facility in Manningtree, Centurion Park, more than doubling its current storage capacity.
The move marks a significant milestone for the Essex-based business, enabling it to handle up to 50% more orders per day while maintaining its focus on speed, accuracy, and customer service. Strategically located near Felixstowe Port with excellent transport links, the new facility will support faster, more efficient distribution for PackPro’s eCommerce clients across the UK.
In a sector largely linked to high energy consumption and emissions, carbon neutral facilities are emerging as a vital step toward a more sustainable future. The new site will operate using renewable energy sources, including rooftop solar panels, and LED lighting systems expected to cut electricity usage by up to 40%. Waste reduction processes will divert over 85% of warehouse waste — including cardboard, plastic, and other materials — away from landfill through recycling and reuse. By operating from a fully carbon neutral site, PackPro is able to avoid or offset all emissions from its warehouse infrastructure, supporting a greener supply chain for its eCommerce clients.
“This move gives us the capacity to support more businesses while maintaining the high service standards our clients expect. It also represents a significant step in cutting our carbon footprint,” said Matthew Stephens, Managing Director at PackPro eCommerce Fulfilment.
PackPro works with a diverse range of eCommerce brands, shipping more than 20,000 orders each month and integrating directly with clients’ sales channels for real-time stock visibility. The additional space will allow the company to expand its team and add two more pick-and-pack stations, increasing order processing speed and overall efficiency.
The relocation to Centurion Park is scheduled for completion by the 1st of September 2025.
