CSi palletising launches the s-Pal robotic palletiser. The lean, entry-level palletiser starts at € 95.000, features a FANUC industrial robot, and is available in three variations, with a 6-week lead time and a 3-year warranty. A reliable and quick solution for medium-sized businesses in the FMCG and CPG industries. Pre-orders open on October 1st with first deliveries starting early 2027.

Reliability at entry-level pricing

The s-Pal is available in three variations, offering left-hand, right-hand, or dual infeed. Designed as an affordable, user-friendly entry point into automated palletising, the system features a double-endpoint layout to maximise robot capacity without unnecessary complexity. By integrating a proven FANUC industrial robot, the s-Pal delivers the high-end quality and reliability expected from a CSi product, at an accessible price of € 95.000 (approximately $ 120,000).

Quality in a lean palletiser

The s-Pal is a lean palletiser, designed with only the features necessary for efficient palletising. Lean, however, never means compromising on quality. The s-Pal meets the CSi standard and comes equipped with the CSi MOre software suite, Machine Edition, specifically designed to make palletisers easy and intuitive to operate. A single operator can run the system, and the standard CSi 3-year warranty provides added peace of mind. All of this comes standard in the lean s-Pal palletiser.

Choose, order, install

Customers can choose and request a quote directly through the CSi website. As the s-Pal is a predefined solution, quotations and orders can be processed quickly, allowing for short delivery times. The s-Pal is designed for self-installation, with guided installation and commissioning instructions, saving time and costs, and reducing the environmental impact of international travel. Customers who prefer a turnkey start can have the s-Pal installed by CSi’s experienced installation team, and in all cases CSi remains available for support throughout. From mid-2027, CSi will also offer the s-Pal as a lease.
