Bergen Logistics, a member of the Elanders Group, has announced the appointment of Jim Herman as President. Jim will lead Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal, with an initial focus on building and executing an expanded sales and marketing organisation.
Jim will partner closely with Patrick Ringston, who will continue to serve as COO and lead the Operations organization. Jim and Patrick will both report directly to Charles Ickes, CEO of Bergen Logistics and COO of Elanders Group.
“Jim brings extensive commercial leadership experience and a strong track record of building high-performing organisations,” said Charles Ickes, CEO of Bergen Logistics. “His experience across logistics, transportation, fulfilment, and e-commerce will be an important asset as we continue to strengthen our commercial organisation and enhance our corporate functions.”
Jim brings over 25 years of commercial leadership experience in contract manufacturing, transportation and fulfilment, and e-commerce logistics.
