Andy Couch from Whistl Fulfilment has won the Warehouse Leader award at the 2026 UK Warehousing Association Awards.
At a prestigious ceremony in London, Andy beat strong competition to take the top honour, which recognises outstanding leadership in warehouse and logistics operations.
Andy received the award for his calm, hands-on leadership style, consistently leading from the front and supporting his teams through the high-pressure periods such as Black Friday and Christmas that are so important to its customers.
