What are your best-known products/solutions/services?

Exporta is best known for its comprehensive range of plastic pallets, pallet boxes, crates, and returnable transit packaging (RTP) solutions. Our products are designed to improve supply chain efficiency, product protection, sustainability, and operational performance across a wide range of industries.

Which industry sectors are your customers in and which ones are growing fastest?

Exporta supplies customers across a diverse range of sectors, including Food and Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Manufacturing, Third Party Logistics (3PL) and Automotive. Currently, the Food and Retail sectors are experiencing the strongest growth, driven by increasing demand for efficient, sustainable, and compliant packaging and handling solutions.

What are your most recent products and innovations?

Recent additions to the Exporta portfolio include an expanded range of folding crates, designed to reduce storage and transport costs when empty. A new generation of Attached Lid Containers (ALCs), offering enhanced durability and operational efficiency. Innovative roll cage solutions developed to improve product handling, vehicle utilisation, and supply chain performance.

What are the major trends and developments affecting your category and your customers, and how are you responding?

One of the biggest developments impacting the industry is the growing adoption of returnable transit packaging (RTP), largely influenced by the introduction of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and wider sustainability initiatives. At the same time, food manufacturers and retailers are facing increasing pressure to improve compliance, hygiene, and traceability throughout their supply chains. Exporta is responding by investing in innovative reusable packaging solutions that help customers improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Can you tell us about any recent customer contracts and how you helped the customer meet their challenges?

We recently worked with a major retail customer that was looking to improve vehicle utilisation and maximise efficiency within its logistics network. The challenge centred around the use of roll cages and optimising available trailer space. By working closely with the customer, Exporta developed a simple yet highly efficient roll cage solution that increased load capacity, improved space utilisation, and delivered meaningful cost savings throughout the supply chain. The project demonstrates the value of close collaboration and customer-led innovation in solving real operational challenges.
